A vintage-style book cover with a clever sliding mechanism: open it, and the book smoothly glides out on its own. It’s not just a protective case, but also a piece of decor that adds character to your shelf. Perfect if you want to make a book gift truly special.

What’s new in v2:
- In the first version the case used small magnets (5×1.5 mm) for closure, but they didn’t provide reliable fixation. Now the design includes a decorative latch clasp for a sturdier and more elegant lock.
- Increased inner thickness: from 20 mm → 25 mm for better compatibility.
- Refined details and minor aesthetic improvements.

Current inner size is 140×210×25 mm (~A5), but more sizes will be added in the future — you can also request specific dimensions.

The case is easy to print and assemble. Parts connect with filament used as hinge pins.

No AMS or multi-material system required — accent colors can be added by simply pausing the print and swapping filament.

This project combines function and style — a unique way to protect your favorite books, make your shelf stand out, or present a book as a memorable gift.
